It includes two OSHA-compliant features: a safety grille and a fully enclosed, thermally protected, PSC energy efficient motor.

The fan is equipped with exterior shutters designed to close tightly when not in use to prevent a draft, and open automatically when powered on to eliminate odors, contaminants, excess moisture, or heat. Its galvanized steel housing prevents rust and includes pre-drilled holes for easy mounting. The fan comes with a 1 year limited warranty, and the shutters open and close automatically. It is important to note that the fan does not come with an electrical plug and requires wiring to your building's electrical system.
